Tim Ezell is out on FOX 2’s Lakeside Renovation and Design Weather Deck where he is joined by the folks from Kenrick’s Meats & Catering who are cooking up a Memorial Day feast.
Mike The Butcher said when cooking chicken, it’s important to bbq it on a medium fire. Don’t set it on a blazing fire as you would with a steak to sear it. He also suggests pounding the chicken down to make it a little bit flatter in order for the chicken to cook more evenly, and he urges everyone to cook with a thermometer nearby.
