Tips from a doctor on sleeping well through Daylight Saving Time

ST. LOUIS – Sunday marks the end of Daylight Saving Time. Clocks will be set back one hour Sunday morning at 2 a.m. 

Dr. Joe Ojile from the Clayton Sleep Institute had some tips on how to beat the time change.
