ST. LOUIS – As Christmas is coming up on Saturday the stress of the season can sometimes get to be too much. The night before Christmas is always a tough one for the kids to sleep, adults too.

Dr. Joseph Ojile from the Clayton Sleep Institute has some tips for people to sleep well during the holidays.
