(KTVI)- An annual assessment of healthcare systems across the developed world was released on Thursday. The U.S. in comparison to 10 other countries was ranked last. In fact, the U.S. has been last on that list in 2010, 2007, 2006, and 2004.

Doctor Rita Numerof talks about our healthcare system. Dr. Numerof is also the co-author of the book "Healthcare at a Turning Point".
