ST. LOUIS, Mo. — Do you understand their importance of your body clock?  Dr. Joseph Ojile with the Clayton Sleep Institute says you should plan your day to harmonize your health.

Each person`s circadian rhythm is linked to regular 24-hour variations in blood pressure, body temperature, hormone secretions, brain wave activity, eating, and reaction time.
