Our circadian rhythm is hardwired into us at the genetic and cellular level. This internal clock has a profound connection to our biology and health. Each person`s circadian rhythm is linked to regular 24-hour variations in blood pressure, body temperature, hormone secretions, brain wave activity, eating, and reaction time.
