(KTVI)- On Thursday, Facebook unveiled a highly anticipated video feature for its popular Instagram photo-sharing app. Users will be able to share short, 15 second videos. Just like it does for photos, Instagram will feature 13 filters for video.
The move comes on the heels of Twitter's Vine short-form video service, which launched in January, which is known for its quick, unedited six-second videos.
