Webster University expert explains increase in anxiety and depression

ST. LOUIS – Motivation and productivity is dragging right now, more than a year into the pandemic.

A CDC survey finds a 25 percent increase in depression and anxiety compared to 2019, and these are people who never had COVID-19.

Webster University Associate Professor of Counseling Dr. Muthoni Musangali explains.
