ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – The 3rd annual Whiskey in the Winter festival is happening this weekend. Jennifer Milward, project manager at Synergy Productions, says they are expecting more than 300 whiskeys along with informational speakers, whiskey-inspired food stations and more. Blood and Sand is participating as one of the cocktail bars. Co-owner, Adam Frager, demonstrated how to make their “Until the Morning” cocktail in the FOX 2 kitchen on Monday morning.
