(KTVI) – Marcia Whelan from Whole Foods Market was on the Monday 11 am show to make a healthy seafood dish, Garlic Dill Halibut and to talk about Whole Food Markets new seafood policy.

Whole Foods starting April 22nd will only sell Green or Best rated seafood that has been caught in environmentally friendly ways.  The move is a year ahead of schedule and is aimed at fisheries that are well managed and sustainable.
