ST. LOUIS, Mo. — You got that extra hour of sleep over the weekend because of the end of daylight saving time. How are you feeling?  Well, it can vary. Dr. Joseph Ojile is the medical director at the Clayton Sleep Institute. He says the change can mess with our sleep in the coming weeks.
