LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Better Business Bureau Investigator, Bill Smith, has a warning about a new scam. It appears some appliance repair businesses, are schemes with bogus names and addresses, including dozens in the St. Louis area. All of the questionable businesses seem to be tied to The Appliance Repair Men, which also uses the name The Appliance Repairmen.   • Teen charged for breaking into several Desoto cars and a home

    JEFFERSON COUNTY, MO (KTVI) –  Police say they put an end to a string of Desoto burglaries after they arrested a teen. Mathew Lewis, 17, is behind bars after police say he broke into a vehicle to steal a handgun. A victim said he had seen a suspicious white male in the area.  That suspect headed into the woods.
