  • Florida landscaper sentenced for mowing over ducklings

    WELLINGTON, FL – A Florida landscaper is sentenced to three years’ probation and one year in Palm Beach County Jail, after pleading guilty to nine counts of felony cruelty to animals. Back in early May, Jason Falbo was operating a lawnmower where he intentionally mowed over nine ducklings.
