  • Bethalto man pleads guilty to sexually assaulting three children

    EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. – A 45-year-old Bethalto man pleaded guilty Thursday to sexually assaulting three children. According to the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office, Eric B. Rusk was charged on May 12, 2017 with multiple counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child. He ultimately pleaded guilty to three of those counts, one for each victim. Prosecutors said the assaults began in 2011 in Rusk’s home. All three victims were under the age of 13 when they were assaulted. The […]

    BELLEVILLE, Ill. – The St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office charged a Belleville man Thursday after allegedly attacking his mother with a knife.   • Blues forward Alexander Steen placed on injured reserve

    ST. LOUIS, Mo. – St. Louis Blues President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Doug Armstrong recently announced that forward Alexander Steen has been placed on injured reserve due to a left high ankle sprain. Steen has returned to St. Louis and will be re-evaluated by team doctors after a four week rest period. Steen is in his 12th season with the Blues and has appeared in all 17 games this season.
