The accident occurred Saturday, April 7, at around 6 p.m. when Frederick Luek, 73, and Kathleen Lueck, 69, were driving eastbound on Highway 47, west of Giles Rd.     LINCOLN COUNTY, Mo. – Lincoln County prosecutors charged an Elsberry man with homicide after the man confessed to killing his father.   • Suspect arrested for Kirkwood bank robbery

    KIRKWOOD, Mo. – The Kirkwood Police Department arrested a man Friday, March 16, for his suspected connection to a bank robbery that occurred Tuesday. Jordan Gabriel Vivrett, 35, is the only suspect in the solo robbery of the Enterprise Bank at 1052 S. Kirkwood Rd. that occurred at around 3 p.m. on March 13. No weapons were shown or implied in the robbery. Vivrett is being held at the St. Louis County Jail on $15,000 bond.

    ST. LOUIS, Mo. – A man was shot and killed in North St. Louis at around 9:30 Sunday morning. The shooting occurred at the 4000 block of Garfield at N. Newstead, about two blocks north of Cote Brillante Ave. Family members are on the scene with police to identify the victim.
