Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, Ty Hawkins is excited to call St. Louis home. He joins the Fox 2 News team from Wichita, Kansas where he was a Morning Anchor and Reporter at KWCH Eyewitness News.
Prior to KWCH, he was an evening anchor at KFBB ABC/FOX in Great Falls, Montana for two years. There he was part of a team that helped launch Montana’s first statewide newscast.
Ty holds an undergraduate degree in Mass Communication and Journalism from Boise State University and a Master’s Degree in Specialized Journalism from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
