CLEVELAND – A gunman opened fire after the NBA Champion Cavaliers' parade and rally, striking a 13-year-old girl twice in the leg Wednesday, according to police.

One person was arrested; however, police say they are now searching for a second suspect, according to WJW.

The shooting happened at East 4th and Euclid in downtown Cleveland, near the site of the rally. Helicopter footage showed people running for cover as mounted police units responded to the area.

Police originally said two females were shot, but later said that was not the case.
