BOSTON – After her first baby was large, Caroline Ruscak and her doctors expected her second child to be big, but no one expected Carisa Ruscak to weigh in at 14.5 pounds.

According to WCVB, Carisa is the largest baby born at Massachusetts General Hospital in more than a decade.

Dad Bryan Ruscak says he’s ready for some teasing, but no one better say anything about his baby girl. He took a picture of the scale because he figured no one would believe it.

Mom says the her daughter’s weight explains a lot. She was in a lot of pain while she was pregnant.
