FAIR PLAY, Mo. (AP) _ Authorities say two motorcyclists have died in a multi-vehicle pileup in southwest Missouri.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol has identified the victims as 58-year-old Perry N. Witt, of Rockville, and 41-year-old Michael W. Kenagy, of Jericho Springs. The crash happened Saturday afternoon on Missouri 32, about one mile east of the Polk County town of Fair Play.

The patrol says Witt was crossing the center line when his motorcycle collided head-on with a sport utility vehicle. Witt’s motorcycle then slid into the motorcycle that Kenagy was driving. Witt and Kenagy were pronounced dead at the scene.

The patrol says Kenagy’s passenger was flown to a Springfield hospital with serious injuries. The driver of a car also sustained minor injuries after hitting the SUV that had just collided with Witt’s motorcycle.
