The Missouri Highway Patrol reports 22 year old Jacob E. Frisbey of St. Charles was killed Saturday night in a one vehicle accident.
Frisbey was traveling northbound on Highway J at Brooks Trail when he lost control of his Lincoln Continental LS. The car careened off the road and slammed into a tree.
Frisbey was not wearing a seatbelt.
