CLAYTON, Mo. (KTVI) – Three St. Louis residents have been arrested for election offenses. The St. Louis County Board of Elections contacted the police for potential voting fraud over request for absentee ballots earlier this year. These arrests come after that investigation.
The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office issued warrants against Jerrell, 30, Rachelle Oliver, 53 and Andrew Schafer, age 31.
Sherod and Oliver have been charged with class one election offense, while Andrew has been charged with two counts of election offense and two counts of forgery.
