ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Assault charges have been issued against a St. Louis man after a shooting overnight.
Authorities say around 1:30 a.m. Monday an officer heard shots coming from a BP gas station in the 3100 block of Olive.
They police arrived, they found four victims. A 22-year-old man had been shot in the leg. A 24-year-old man was shot in the stomach. A 34-year-old man was shot in the thigh and a 20-year-old man was shot in the foot.
Police arrested Darryl Sain, 27, after he reportedly returned to the scene with a gun while police were interviewing witnesses.
Sain is charged with Unlawful Use of a Weapon and is being held on a $30,000 cash-only bond.
Official say the three victims are listed in stable condition.
