ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – A previous Missouri Lottery winner returned once again returned to the state office to claim another jackpot.

On August 31, Daniel Flanagan matched eight numbers and both Bulls-Eye numbers on a 9-spot Double Bulls-Eye Club Keno wager. With the win, Flanagan claimed a $40,000 prize.

Flanagan purchased the winning Club Keno ticket from Pints and Rails, located in the 8900 block of Watson Road.

Flanagan said his wife picked out the numbers years ago, which he’s dutifully played ever since – 6, 17, 18, 26, 35, 41, 52, 66, and 71.

The $40,000 prize winnings will go toward home renovations and a new driveway, Flanagan said.

Flanagan previously won $1 million by matching all five numbers selected in the April 12, 2013 Mega Millions drawing. His wife was able to retire after the Mega Millions win, but Flanagan said he loved his job at a local funeral home so much that he kept working.
