$54 million dollar retail shopping center planned for St. Peters

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – A Nashville developer is making plans for a huge retail shopping center for St. Peters.

A $54-million retail project called “The Shoppes at Mid-Rivers,” will be located at the northeast side of Interstate 70 and Mid Rivers Mall Drive. THe shopping center will have three anchor stores with five to seven
smaller stores surrounding it.

The site plan will be voted on by the St. Peters Planning and Zoning Commission meeting on June 1st.
