I-70 In Downtown St. Louis Re-opens After Semi Accident

ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – An accident had eastbound I-70 in downtown St. Louis closed for several hours Monday.

A tractor trailer in the depressed section stopped traffic. The St. Louis Police Department reports that the vehicle struck the freeway wall.  The driver has minor injuries. There were no other vehicles involved.

Lanes re-opened around 6 p.m. Monday.
