ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – The St. Louis Board of Aldermen passed an amendment to two bills to move developer Paul McKee’s Northside Regeneration Project forward. One bill includes an amendment that passed unanimously providing permanent entry-level opportunities for the unemployed and economically disadvantaged who live in the city.

A vote was previously postponed because not enough aldermen showed up. The vote  extends tax breaks and establishes a million dollar fund for the plan.
