ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – The Board Of Aldermen will work Friday to keep a federal agency from leaving St. Louis.

The National Geo-Spatial Intelligence Agency is looking for a new home. Its location near the Anheuser-Busch brewery is outdated.

Aldermen are set to vote Friday to condemn nearly 50 homes in an area of north St. Louis being considered as a new location for the defense mapping agency.

Property owners in that area oppose the eminent domain proposal.
