FERGUSON, MO (KTVI) – Night has fallen on Ferguson and everyone is sitting on pins and needles. The St. Louis Prosecuting Attorney’s Office says the ruling from the grand jury will be released at 8 pm central.
In the mean time activity outside the Ferguson Police Department has been quite, but a crowd has started to gather.
