Alzheimer’s walk raises over $700,000

ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – The St. Louis Walk to end Alzheimer’s kicked-off at Scottrade Center Saturday morning. Blues Chairman Tom Stillman served as honorary chair.

Organizers say as many as 5,000 people participate in the walk.

Organizers say the Alzheimer’s walk is held annually in more than 600 communities and that the walk is the world’s largest raiser of awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s disease care, support, and research.

Today’s walk raised over $700,000.
