AMBER Alert issued for child abduction in central Missouri

suspect-and-vehicleWARSAW, MO (KTVI) – Authorities in Benton County, Missouri and the state police have issued an AMBER Alert for two children taken from their home late Monday afternoon.

The abduction occurred just before 6:15 p.m. in the 26200 block of Highway 00.

The children were identified as 9-year-old Gabriel Longleywilson and 7-year-old Serenity Longleywilson. Authorities did not have descriptions of the children available.

Authorities described the suspected kidnapper, Carmelita Maria Wilson, as a Caucasian female, 39 years of age, standing 5’6″ tall, with blonde hair and blue eyes, and weighing approximately 135 pounds.

Carmelita Wilson is the mother of the two children.

She was last seen driving a 1998 GMC Jimmy SUV, red in color, with Missouri license plate CL6X4F.

Anyone with information on Wilson’s whereabouts or the location of the children is asked to contact 911 or their nearest law enforcement agency.
