ST. LOUIS, Mo. — Posting to Facebook and Instagram appears to be down. Users across the globe are having issues posting to the two of the largest social media platforms on the planet. Thousands of people are submitting their reports about both social media networks to downdetector.com. Their map shows a worldwide outage.
No official statement has been sent about the outage. Some people report seeing a message that Facebook is down for “required maintenance.”
