CLAYTON, MO (KTVI) – A debate over parking is pitting homeowners against apartment residents in the city of Clayton. The trouble over parking spaces started when residents of an apartment complex near downtown Clayton started parking on streets around the complex in the Moorlands neighborhood. Homeowners say the apartment dwellers are parking too many vehicles on the streets, which are not allowing homeowners to park in front of their homes.
Tuesday night the issue spilled over into a Clayton City Council meeting.
