ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – A woman has been sentenced to a decade in prison for forcing other women into prostitution. One of the women involved was mentally disabled.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Carla “Black Barbie” Mathews, 27, plead guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion. Her brother Carl Mathews, 33, was also involved.
