LAKE OF THE OZARKS (KTVI)-A Hazelwood man was killed and two others injured when their boats collided at the Lake of the Ozarks. The Missouri Highway Patrol says 62-year-old Edward Sandt’s boat sped in front of another boat leaving Workman Hollow Cove. The two boats collided and the crash threw Sandt into the water, where his own boat circled and hit him. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Francis Sandt, 65, the victim’s brother, was seriously injured. A man in the other boat suffered minor injuries.
