PRINCETON, KY. (KTVI)- Mizzou students were stranded Friday afternoon when their Huskey charter bus broke down in Kentucky. The students had left at 5:00am to make their way to Atlanta to cheer on the Tigers in the SEC Championship Game on Saturday.

Snow and ice had already delayed the group.

Police  and mechanics worked on the bus for more than three hours to get the students back on the road. The bus was repaired and back on the road just after 7:00pm.

Students shared updates via social media using #ClubHuskey.
