ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Charges have been filed against a woman arrested twice for possessing a mobile meth lab.
In both cases, investigators say Jennifer Vaughn-Culp had a bottle and they believe she was cooking meth.
On Monday night, St. Louis County Police were called to the U-Gas station on Telegraph Road. They say Vaughn-Culp tossed a suspicious bottle away as they arrived on scene.
The first incident involving Vaughn-Culp caused the South County Walmart store to be evacuated and shut down for hours.
