Charlack police chief presents $2K to Normandy Jr. HS football team

ST. LOUIS COUNTY (KTVI) – Charlack Police Chief Steve Runge presented a $2,000 check to a Normandy Junior High football team Tuesday evening. The 6th grade mid-county Vikings coach Tommy Tucker was pulled over for riding a motorcycle without a helmet. While he was waiting to get a ticket, chief Runge responded to the call and the rest he says was God putting him in the right place at the right time.
