COLLINSVILLE, IL (KTVI) - A missing man's family is worried about his safety. He has been missing since the end of November, but Joey Hartsoe's family refuses to give up hope.

Tanya Rivore thought she would know something about her cousin's disappearance by Christmas.

It’s been just more than a month since anyone has seen or spoken to Hartsoe, so on one of the coldest nights of the year, family, friends and neighbors gathered together in hopes that someone will help them find joey.

So far it has been a month-long search that has brought no answers and still only one question.  Where's is he?

Joe's mother has promised to not let her son's story fall through the cracks and to continue to keep the search alive to find Joey.

The Christmas miracle the family prayed for did not happen. Now they hope for a New Year’s Day surprise return from Joey.
