(KTVI) - A simple move evolves into a complicated mess for a young woman.  Now she`s struggling to get her property back from the mover she hired.

The move was supposed to be quick. Kawana Dent says the load was small and not too heavy.  So she went to Craigslist hoping to save a little money.  She hired a company that fit her budget.   But she tells me there were a lot of red flags during the moving process. She was quoted one price over the phone, but asked to pay a lot more at the time of delivery.  When she didn't have enough, she lost her property.

KAWANA DENT/CONSUMER:  “Do I get a note saying you took my stuff and you took $160 from me?  He said NO I give paperwork at the end.  When you pay in full I`ll give you paperwork.”
