Positive COVID cases send 4 Jefferson County schools back to virtual learning

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Mo. – Four Jefferson County schools are back to virtual learning after moving into the red zone for widespread coronavirus transmission.

Twelve staff members and 47 students are in quarantine in the Crystal City School District.

More than five percent of staffers at Simpson and Hamrick Elementary Schools in the Fox School District tested positive for COVID.
