JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services has released a new survey of the number of people testing positive for novel coronavirus.
As of Sunday afternoon, Missouri has 2,367 total cases of COVID-19 and 34 deaths statewide. That’s up from 2,291 cases and 24 deaths the day prior.
Through April 4, the state has tested approximately 27,173 patients for COVID-19.
The state’s first case of COVID-19 was reported March 7 in St. Louis County.
