(KTVI)--  "May your marriage be full of adventure, filled with pleasure and delight," says Chaplain Sark Elking.

Sark Elking has said the phrase "I now pronounce you husband and wife" thousands of times.

He's wed couples in stadiums, on starships, and today on a sequential date.

"It was a day that he asked me for my phone number," says new bride Tosha Swink.

"We met in November on the 12th of November last year," says new husband Willie Swink.  "So why not get married on the day we met."

This was the first of six sequential weddings today at the St. Louis wedding chapel in South City.

According to David's Bridal, more than three thousand weddings are expected nationwide since 11, 12, 13 is the last sequential date until December 13th of next year.

"People are always going to find numbers," says Elking.  "Before it was like 10-10-10 or 11-11-11 and 12-12-12.  Well obviously last year that was the end of those kinds."

But there is that sequel for sequential fans.

Next year's 12, 13, 14 is already peaking the interest of potential brides and grooms. After all your wedding day is the biggest day of your life, so it's an emotional event.

"It was for me apparently," says Willie Swink.

"What went through your mind?" Asks Patrick Clark.

"Ah I was just nervous," says Willie.  "I was just nervous."

"I was just glad he showed up," says Tosha Swink.

While the pattern of today's numbers have no particular meaning numerically, it is easier to remember for anniversaries, or just staying lucky in life.

"So I have to say I believe in luckand as far as numbers I guess you got to be lucky to pick the right ones," laughs Elking.

Picking the right ones can leave you paired for anything life throws your way.

"I now pronounce you husband and wife," says Elking.
