KIRKWOOD, MO (KTVI)- The dense fog is making road conditions difficult for drivers Wednesday morning. Emergency crews have been working to clear the scene of several accidents that occured overnight. A tractor trailer crashed on the ramp from I-270 north onto I-44 west around 1:45a.m. Police sat the semi went through a guard rail and up a hill. According to a Missouri Highway Patrol official, no one was seriously hurt. The semi was the only vehicle involved in the crash.

Around 11:20p.m. Tuesday, a pick up truck rolled onto its side on Route 141 between Big Bend Boulevard and Manchester Road. Manchester police were investigating that crash but haven’t released many details. The northbound portion was shut down while police investigated the crash. Crews may have had to cut the top of the truck to reach the victim.

There is no word on that person`s condition or if fog might have contributed to this crash.

Visibility has been low all around the area making driving very tough.
