ST. LOUIS (KTVI) – It took a jury about two hours Friday before convicting an accused enforcer for a drug dealer of a 2013 double murder, the St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office said.

According to prosecutors, the murders took place December 5, 2013 at a residence in the 4400 block of Elmbank. The victims were two brothers, Justin and Devin Gordon. Justin was declared dead at the scene and Devin later died of injuries at a hospital.

Justin was accused of stealing drugs from a person, who contacted Ryan ‘Fat Ryan’ Handson to act as muscle and get the drugs back. During this confrontation, which occurred in a crowded room, Justin Gordon was shot in the face and killed. Two other people in the room also fired shots.

Devin Gordon went running down a flight of stairs and Handson gave chase. Handson is said to have shot Devin six times.

Handson was charged in January 2014 with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of armed criminal action.

Handson will be sentenced June 20.
