Early-morning apartment fire forces out residents

ST. LOUIS – A fire overnight forced residents into the street in west St. Louis.

That fire started around 12:15 a.m. Thursday at the St. Luke’s Plaza Apartments on Enright Avenue at Clara Avenue.

Firefighters say they were able to keep the fire to one unit of the four-story building.

No word on any injures, or what started the fire.
