EAST ST. LOUIS – Firefighters in the metro-east were busy Friday morning battling a vacant house fire.
The fire started just after midnight on North 40th Street in east st. Louis.
Witness tell FOX 2 neighbors saw the flames and called the fire department.
No injuries have been reported in this incident. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
