Early Morning Shootings Cap Off Violent Weekend

ST.LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Three separate shooting have left four people in serious condition. The first shooting happened at 12:10 Sunday morning outside the St.Louis Skatium located near the 8500 South Broadway. Two black males age 13 and 15 were in the parking lot waiting for their ride after attending a birthday party.  A suspect drove up in a red Pontiac or Impala, fired shots and drove away. The suspect is a black male in his late teen with shoulder length dread locks. Both victims are in critical condition.

Another shooting occurred in the 4400 block of Farlan.  A suspect approached two individuals and offered to sell them drugs.  The two refused.  The suspect returned with a gun and demanded money. The suspect opened fire on the two leaving one black male 37 shot in the chest. He is in serious condition.  The second victim was uninjured. The police have a suspect in custody at this time.

The last shooting happened in the 1100 block of Riverview. The victim was walking down the street at about 1:50 am when a Dodger Charger driven by a black male pulled up and opened fire. The victim, a 35 year old black male, was shot in the stomach and arm. He is in stable condition. The shooting is under investigation.
