ST. LOUIS, MO (KTVI) – Fire ripped through a north St. Louis home early Wednesday morning.  About 12:30 a.m., flames shot through the first and second floors of the vacant home on Beacon Avenue.

It took firefighters 20 minutes to get it under control.  The home was destroyed and there is no word on how the fire started.
