ST. LOUIS, Mo. — Flash flooding overnight led to an accident on I-64 eastbound between Grand and Market. Police say a driver slowed down because of standing water on the highway and was hit by the driver of a tractor-trailer.

The tractor-trailer clipped the back of the woman’s car. The truck driver did stop.
