LINCOLN COUNTY, MO (KTVI) – Winfield residents spent Monday cleaning up after major flood waters caused by heavy rains rushed into homes and businesses. A team of agencies, including The Salvation Army, Red Cross, and Humane Society is providing resources at Winfield Elementary School. The Lincoln County Health Department is also offering free tetanus shots to flood victims and first responders at the location. Donations are being collected at Winfield City Hall. Drywall, paint, water, cleaning supplies, and food are needed. Flood victims can get a free hot meal there, too.
