HAZELWOOD, MO (KTVI)– A Florissant woman is charged with assault at a North County pawn shop.
Charlene White, 38, is charged with assault and armed criminal action at a Hazelwood pawn shop on North Lindbergh, last month.
Police say White and the victim were waiting in line, when the victim was helped first.
After an argument, authorities say White left the shop, then came back and struck the victim with a large construction light that she grabbed off the pawn shop shelf.
Police say White also hit two of the victim’s relatives.
